Hi, I’m Jane!
🏫 MS HCDE @UW, prev 🎓 @Cornell University
I’m a UX/product designer with a background in Human Development/Psychology and a passion for creating thoughtful, meaningful experiences.
My work is centered around helping people thrive. I design intuitive and impactful solutions that make life easier, more enjoyable, and more accessible.
My path into UX design began with a deep curiosity about how people grow, connect, and interact with the world. While studying Human Development, I delved into the complexities of human behavior and the ways technology influences our experiences. This exploration sparked my interest in the intersection of psychology, technology, and design.
I view design as a powerful tool to solve meaningful problems. At the heart of my work is the belief that design can drive positive change and enhance human experiences. Whether it’s designing spaces and products to foster better interactions or refining UX for apps to improve accessibility, I focus on creating solutions that truly benefit users.
Empathy and Impact in Action
As a designer, empathy and curiosity guide my process. I’m driven by the desire to understand users' needs and perspectives—asking the right questions, digging into their stories, and translating those insights into designs that are functional, meaningful, and impactful. For me, great design is not just about aesthetics; it's about creating experiences that feel seamless and make a lasting impact.
